Includes a written report with photo details describing the systems and visual finding of the inspector. Also included is a self-loading CD with the report and all photo's taken. This is a record that is very useful for your move in and inventory of purchase. You can also share the pictures with family and friends from the CD.
List Report: Sellers
Avalible only to Sellers Does not contain complete report as above. This contains a check list type report showing items that need attention. You can use this to correct or have your home ready for market.
Renters: Occupant or Owner
Have documentation you will need when it's time to get your security deposit back. This can also work for the property owners as this report will show the condition of the property with photo's and written report.
